I'm looking for a friendly, respectful professional to share my beautiful first-floor flat in a stunning Victorian house, located directly opposite the incredible Roundhay Park.

The room is a bright, spacious double with its own en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort in a relaxed, welcoming home.

The flat itself is full of natural light and features a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with lovely views all around, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day.

The location is hard to beat. With Roundhay Park literally on the doorstep, you'll have access to one of Europe's largest city parks. Within a 10-minute walk you'll also find the popular Street Lane and Oakwood parades, with a fantastic choice of independent coffee shops, bars, restaurants, florists, boutiques, gift shops and everyday amenities.

You'll be sharing with me, the live-in landlady, and my gorgeous nearly 14-year-old dog, who is very friendly, calm and hypoallergenic (non-moulting). I'm looking for someone who is clean, considerate and enjoys living in a peaceful home. This isn't a party house—it's a lovely place to come home to, relax and enjoy everything the area has to offer.
